Paint & Chat watercolour group - Parks Library

Come and explore the wonderful world of watercolour! Whether you are a seasoned pro or have never picked up a paint brush - all skill levels are welcome. Come along and learn from our experienced volunteer Lydia while enjoying a friendly chat.

Storytime - Greenacres Library
Storytime introduces children and caregivers to a wide variety of children's books for early learning literacy. Come and join in with others to enjoy stories, picture books, songs, nursery rhymes, craft activities and more. Sessions are designed for ages 2 to 5. No bookings required.

Port Adelaide Library Code Club - Term 2: Make Code and Microbit
Discover the basics of coding in a collaborative, fun environment. Suitable for children aged 8 - 15 years. Meets weekly on Tuesdays during the school term.
This program will run in the Library every Friday from 4:00-5:00pm during school term.

Skilled staff are readily available on-site to offer support and guidance. It's important to note that, given the public nature of the event, their availability is contingent upon attendance numbers and time constraints.
Parks Makerspace: Sewing Advisory
Do you like to sew?
Have you got a sewing project in mind but not sure how to make it a reality?
Perhaps you're stuck on a new sewing technique and need some guidance?
Maybe you attended one of our "Introduction to Sewing Machines" workshops and now you're ready to take on your own creative project?
Join our skilled volunteers Shannon & Samantha for creative advice on sewing, costume design and repairing or modifying clothes. Inspiration and practical guidance available for anyone who lives, works, volunteers or studies in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield area.

- Skill Levels: All skill levels are welcome however you must know how to use a sewing machine independently to attend this session.
- Age Group: This is an adult session, strictly for those aged 16+. Childcare is not provided.

Intro to Sewing - Parks Library
Discover the joy of sewing at our Intro to Sewing program. Whether you're a beginner eager to learn or a seasoned pro looking to connect, all skill levels are welcome. Under the guidance of our skilled volunteer Rhonda, discover the thrill of creating something beautiful with your own hands, while connecting with like-minded individuals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Participants are welcome to bring their own sewing projects, or try out one of our beginner sewing patterns. Sewing machines and basic sewing tools provided for use during the program.
